Land Issue

Hi sir,
This is related to agriculture land allotted inequal long back between my grandmother & his younger brother.my grandmother was stayed in her mother home after marriage along with her husband.(i.e husband stayed with wife family.). Thereby agriculture land was distributed between my grandmother & his younger brother. That land was distributed ineqully for the reason that the time when it is distributed land portion which is distributed to my grandmother used to give more sugarcane produce than the land which allotted to him . It seems he has 1.5 acre more than my grandmother's land. There after he registered approx 0.5 acre land which is water canal land adjacent to his portion, Since no water is flowing from that water canal. After few years later my grandmother was died due to health issues. The fact that he has 1.5 acre more land (i.e In total 2 acres) than us came to the light when land records were digitised by TS govt recently.My father being illiterate does not know all these things. My grandmother's younger brother being studied some thing those times every one in the family used to follow whatever he says including my grandmother when she was alive.

Is there any possibility to settle the issue...?
It would be great help if any one advice in this regards.
