I BOUGHT HOSUE PROPERTY IN 2016 FROM THE PERSON (WHO IS ONLY OWNER)
AND I GIVE HIM ON RENT FROM 2016
NOW THAT OWNER IS DIED IN 2018 STARTING
SO I WENT TO HIS FAMILY AND ORDERED TO LEAVE MY HOUSE BECAUSE I WANT TO SELL TO 3RD PARTY ..
NOW THE SON OF PREVIOUS OWNER MADE AN ALLEGATION AND FIR ON ME THAT THE SIGNATURE OF LEGAL HEIRS SON AND DAUGHTER IS NOT THERE
AND PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY FOOLING MY FATHER
(NOTE:- AS PER AGREEMENT OF HOUSE THE SELLER IS ONLY OWNER IN PROPERTY NO OTHER PERSON NAME IS THERE IT IS SINGLE OWNERSHIP)
DOES THE ALLEGATION IS CORRECT
AND MOSR CURIOUS THING IS THAT THE POLICE IS ALSO ASKING ME THAT WHY YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN SIGNATURE OF HIS LEGAL HEIRS AT TIME OF PURCHASING
I TOLD HIM MY TRANSACTION OCCUR WITH HIS/HER FATHER AND I ONLY KNOW HIM

You are correct. It is his self acquired property. Challenge FIR it will be quashed by High Court. Rent Suit may be filed for getting possession immediately.
