Flat purchase from huf

Hi,I have recently purchased a flat from huf, earlier we did agreement in which karta of huf signed under his stamp but at the time of registration we forgot to take stamp under his signature,I want to know that whether we can modify the registered deed or deed is ok without his huf stamp?

A.dear client in your matter No problem if the signature r genuine with out rubber stamp and the sale deed is registered according to indian registration Act
