A.Dear Sir,
You may file a representation before the Society if no action was taken then approach Deputy Secretary of concerned department or directly approach High Court.
I could have explained more if background is known to me. I am at your service if you visit my office.
Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers and you may approach me through Vidhikarya for further clarifications.

A.Dear Client,
You must publish a public notice declaring that your name has been changed. Following the publication of the public notice, you must visit the sub-registrar with whom you previously registered the agreement under the prior name, accompanied by the public notice and the official Gazette indicating the name change. He'll make the necessary changes in the records and send you a letter or a copy of the page where he'll make the necessary modifications to your name. After that, you can submit the letter to the Secretary for a new share certificate to be issued.
Thank you!

A.Submit the application with all the correct names and documents to the Secretary for change of name and post that get it updated in the register with the local body if they are maintaining the same. In case the society secretary is denying to do so then file a complain to the Society Registrar
