Sir my grand father had a property (plot)which he gave to my father with (Gift deed) and after some years my father gave to my mother with(Gift deed) recently we want sell that property to others with (sale deed) some of them told after 2 gift deed
Sale deed won't happen .can I sell with sale deed? Or else do I have other option

A.If the property was transferred by your grandfather to your father by registered Gift Deed and thereafter through another registered Gift Deed your father transferred that property to your mother,then your mother becomes the absolute Owner of that property. You have not specified whether your mother is alive or not and who is /are going to sell the property. Until and unless the relevant facts be specified, proper legal remedy cannot be suggested.

A.Hi,
1) There is no limit to such a sale regarding land acquired by gift deed. A sale can take place with a sale deed after two gift deeds if the permission of all parties involved is expressly given.
