A. Finananc agent cannot harass you nor can torture you. SC has prohibited such harassment by finance company and their agents. You can file file puce complaint against finance company and their agents citing the harassment and torture by them.

A. You will require to file appeal/writ petition in the superior Court stating your reasons for not attending Court and request Court to strike off the order passed by lower Court and give you opportunity to defend your case so as to decide the same on merit. Please write down the complete details of the case.
First of all, if one party withdraws the case they either files it as fresh case with new grounds or files it after removing the defects or so. Secondly, That party cannot file the case on same grounds and the with same cause of action. No one needs to give you permission if the property is in your father's name. Returning the property would be tough. You can seek to make a will in the name of the yourself by asking your brother to give away that property.

In aadhar after your marriage registration it would show you as W/o instead of D/o. Aadhar would show this much information on you about your marrital status. For further information you could visit your nearest aadhar centre regarding the same.

A. Hello
As per the Factories Act 1948, every adult (a person who has completed 18 years of age) cannot work for more than 48 hours in a week and not more than 9 hours in a day. According to Section 51 of the Act, the spread over should not exceed 10-1/2 hours.
If you manager is asking you to do more work then you could file a complaint against him the labour commissioner office.

After counter filed by the respondent if you want to file rejoinder or answer to the counter, on 13 August to can ask court grant time for filing rejoinder. If you don't want to file rejoinder court will hear both the arguments on 13August and post another date for judgement.
