A.Hello Sir
An occupancy certificate (OC), issued by the local authorities, certifies that a building is fit for occupation and has been constructed as per the approved plan and in compliance with local laws.
You could collect the same from the Revenue Department or the Municipality or the Gram Panchayat of that particular area.
Thanks

A.Hi,
You can approach the town and country planning department of Daman also you can also search for the online procedure for the procurement of Occupation Certificate. At the end of it all, you may approach the gram panchayat and ask for a solution of the problem.
Thank you.

A.Occupancy certificate is issued by the governing/regulating body of a place like Municipality or gram panchayat. You can try to visit the gram panchayat and seek the information on how to apply for the OC. It might happen that you will have to pay some fees or penalty for delay but then they should issue the OC.
