A. In such matrimonial cases or family dispute WRIT is not maibtainable. Talk to your wife so as to ascertain her decision regarding marriage and you and if she is also of like mind then first take your wife and child and the file complaint to police and also file suit for permanent and mandatory injunction against your in laws.

A. Hi,
You can't criticize the judge. It will amount to contempt of court. Instead of that if you are filing a complaint in higher court with a good intention, it won't amount to contempt. You have no option to choose a judge for giving judgment in any court in India.

The wife can ask for maintenance. There are some provisions that give the wife the right to claim maintenance from her husband. Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), 1973 provides an effective remedy for neglected persons to seek maintenance, especially for a wife in India.

A. You will have to rely on Judgments in such matters as no law provides specifically about live in relationship in India except for prevention of domestic violance law formed in 2005.
The Supreme court had in its decision in Lata Singh vs the State of U.P. provided that a live-in relationship between two consenting adults did not amount to any offence, with the obvious exception of adultery, even though it may be perceived as immoral.

You cannot deny to pay the loan back or say you can't pay, it's you liability to pay the loan back. Although you have an option to try contacting them and request them to give you some relaxation and Reduce your emi. Also it's there call to do so.
