A.No it's co relevant evidence in eyes of law for possession mostly but for share in property ownership must be prove. You have to file civil suit for injection against him with relevant documents of ownership

A.Hi,
Electricity connection does not prove the ownership of the property. Some states are afraid that providing power connections would lead to ownership rights, but that's not the case. However in prolonged sharing there can arise such claim therefore, it is better to clear it beforehand.

A.Provide relevant details regarding the mutation record of the family as well as the particulars of the person and by virtue of which that person is claiming share in property. Name in Electricity meter indicates regarding certain document through which a person applied for having meter in that Premises so it is necessary to know on the basis of which document that person got that Electric meter in his name.
