A.Dear Mam,

You can get your marriage annulled by filing a suit before the family court of your jurisdiction.
Else you can also file a contested case of divorce and claim compensation from them as they have cheated you and your family on the ground of non-consummation of marriage.
The best way is to get your marriage annulled as it will mean that you never had been in a marriage with that person and it will take less time.

A.When the marriage happened ?

Lot of such cases are coming regularly.
You have chance to annul the marriage and get compensation from him.
But it depends on you so you have to meet good lawyer who does not damage your case.

A.If your marriage is not consummated then you can go for either annulment of marriage or divorce as per the relevant sections of Hindu Marriage Act. Non-consummation of marriage is a valid ground for divorce.

A.Hello
If your husband is gay and you have not consummated the marriage then you can move to court and get the marriage annulled. It would he like you people were never get married. It would be a better process in your case instead of getting divorce.

A.Hello
It would be suggested to go for annulment of marriage. Annulment is a legal procedure within secular and religious legal systems for declaring a marriage null and void. Unlike divorce, it is usually retroactive, meaning that an annulled marriage is considered to be invalid from the beginning almost as if it had never taken place.
