A. Hi,
Since you have already applied for higher education abroad then you may not be able to leave the country without getting a clean police clearance certificate. You can file a quash petition under S.482 of CrPC before the High Court or for a fast track resolution of the matter you may consider mediation.

A. Hi,
Under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 the RDO is vested with the responsibility of settling such petitions by presiding over the divisional maintenance tribunal (MT). The petitions are related to the quantum of maintenance for the senior citizens.

A. Court ke aadesh ka palan karna aap ke husband ki duty hai. Husband ko court ke order ka paalan karte hue aap ko bachho se milne ka parabandh karna chahiye. Agar vo aisa nhi karte hai to vo court ke order ki avehalna kar rahe hai. Jiske liye aap contempt of court ki proceedings uske khilaf kar sakte hai.
Aap police me bhi complaint file kare sakte hai. Or unse aap bol sakte hai ki aap ke husband court ke order ke anusar bachho se milne nhi de rahe hai isliye mujko apne bachho se milvaya jae.

First of all give a police report against that false company. You need not worry about the legal notices send by them. They are threatening you by demanding money from you. Be brave. They did not do any thing.

If the father is legally entitled to a raise, he can receive it, and there is no obstacle that may prevent him from doing so. It's also a good idea to contact the office and confirm that the correct amount is provided to the person.

It's a good idea to make sure that the property you acquire is free of all legal encumbrances before it's turned over to you, so that you don't have any problems afterwards. You might try to persuade your daughter-in-law by respectfully asking her to live with her husband. If you're always fighting with your in-laws, you can request partition and allow them live their own lives. It's essential to approach the matter with caution so that she doesn't believe the inlaws have been harsh or mistreated her.

First approach High Court to get quash such FIR as it is a family matter and forging of signature cannot be established unless there is expert report. Even then it cannot be established who forged such signature etc.
