A. Dear Sir,
It cannot be but the Bankers doing many irregularities as the borrowers no effective remedies. You may get issue a legal notice or approach Banking Ombudsman or approach High Court.

Yes, it has all such powers subject to issuance of notices. But, many a times if you are not in good terms with such authority then they will be abruptly issue a formal notice and demolish which is illegal and you can approach Court for damages.

Contact office department regarding this as the EPF amount is paid to the nominee that was nominated at the time of initiation of the account. If there was no nominee assigned then the EPF amount is paid to the immediate members of the family.

A. Being NRI also you are an Indian citizen so Indian laws apply to you. If you have proof of allegations as levelled by your sister then you can serve her notice for defamation and ask her to desist from levelling such bald allegations. You can also report the matter to police.

A. For divorce you are not required to ask for permission or consent of wife. You have right to file case for divorce and also you can claim custody of child. You have already wasted your precious 11 years.

After the addition of fundamental right to privacy you have no right to access your wife's mail and messages. So she could file a case against you for infringement of her fundamental right to privacy. Although you could proceed with your divorce proceedings with you wife.
