A.Hi,
Since the land is of your grandfather, your aunts will have a rightful share in the property however, the amount will depend on the type of property and the religion that you follow because there are separate civil laws for different religious groups. I would suggest you visit a lawyer and ask him to make a family tree and get this settled as soon as possible.
Thank you, kindly rate the answer.

A.The property was purchased in the name of your grandfather and as it was his self acquired property so your grandfather can always make Will in favour of your father out of whose earnings that property was purchased. In absence of any Will of your Grandfather in this regard, after his death that property devolved upon all the legal heirs and heiresses of your grandfather and therefore your father and his surviving brothers and sisters have inherited the property having equal undivided share thereon .

A.The land is party self acquired property of your father and party self acquired property of your grandfather. So, both of them can decide what do with the property and no one else can do anything about it.

A.Sabi uttradhikari ka brabar ka adhikar hai.

Aap ke dene na dene se koi fark nhi hota hai. Kanoon unko barabar property me adhikar deta hai.
