Cheque bounce case filing time limitation during lockdown at 2021
2 years ago
Respected lawyers, as I've already issued legal notice to the 3 accused peoples who belongs to same family, my time limitation to file 138 NI act was crossed on 30th May 2021. Is it possible for me file case to them after July 10th 2021?

The appellant might file an appeal in court by attaching the application for condonation of delay claiming acceptable reason if the time limit for submitting an application or appeal in court has expired.
Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A.Presently limitation Act stand on hold by the order of SC as it may before the order of SC but if SC lift it's hold then if any period of limitation in filing complaint would remail left then you can file complaint. SC is expected to lift it's hold in the beginning of July.
