A. to make it look legal -->
easiest - take help of a lawyer. an idiot girl today walked in our office and claiming that lawyers are available for 50/- so you can also join the search with her.
hardest - take admission in law college and then after 3 years you will be 50/- lawyer with us.
well there are many RTI champions in areas. if you make effort, they will help you.

A. hold your horses.
its already chaotic time.
if you are in urgent mess then ask for injunction order because courts are giving time to people to appear so nothing will happen in single notice.

A. first , what was you doing since 2014 ?
second, you only fave them stamp paper that if they didnt clear the dues and vacate.
you only signed the confirmation on stamp paper that they can vacate without paying before 31 dec 2020.
if you still not learned lesson of google medicine or self diagonosis then keep running like tarzan.
else run to a lawyer and file case in civil court.

A. if its corporation road then make a complaint to corporation.
If its private road of society and blocking your sunlight and air then make a complaint to secretary first, then chairman and then complaint to society registrar.

A. Hi,
If a total family income is less than 8 lakh per annum limit, the family is considered to be in non-creamy OBC category. That very family will be getting a certificate of OBC non-creamy layer.
you have to check the income of three consecutive years.

A. Hi,
If you obtain a default judgment and get the judge to sign your paperwork, you then need to make a copy of the paperwork and serve it to the defendant. After you notify the defendant of the judgment, you can begin to enforce the judgment.

You need to file a well draft complaint in customer care to resolve your issue and you first collect statement of account check the details of payments adjusted and balance dues and file detail complaint before RBI ombudsman to get relief from arbitrary dues. Many more other steps are also their depending upon their response
