since you have already filed a civil suit, make sure it prays for restoration of your property along with an application for the interim mandatory injunction for the restoration of your property from the trespassers.
The High court by exercising its power by passing a writ of mandamus can order the civil court to exercise the power and restore your property.

yes, it is 2 years of jail and not parallel to each other.
also, it is undeniable fact that the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act punishment prescribed is two years.

A. Hi,
You can go to the court for recovery of money by selling his property. The police can choose to track his location via his mobile. And the punishment for Section 420 IPC, will be a maximum imprisonment for 7 years with or without fine.
