Regarding buy of Agriculture land by Non Farmer

I am nonfarmer resident of Gujarat State and wants to buy agriculture land. Is it possible or not.How can i obtain farmer certificate if i want to do farming

A.Hi,
You have to get permission from collector's office proving your intent to engage in agricultural activity and then buy an agricultural land.
