A. Dear Sir,
Without sufficient reason the Bank cannot refuse the payments. You have several options like going to Banking Ombudsman, getting issued legal notice and going to Consumer Court claiming huge compensation.

You have to follow the cancellation policy of the said learning app and if they have the policy to cancel the process within fifteen days without any cost or penalty then you are completely liable to get the refund from the said company. You may send a legal notice to the said company for refunding the due amount or else if they fail to comply to your legal notice then kindly sue the company before the competent court of law.
