You need to file a Title Suit in a civil court and then the court will ask the party to bring the will in the court room and once that is done then you can challenge the veracity of the will in the court and get what you wish to have as per the law,

Where did you see this statement? IF you are referring to the cause list then it means that the Registrar of the the High Court has not allocated the case to any particular court room/judge of that High Court and it should be done as per the determination for the month.

If you wish to add more parties to the ongoing case then you will have to inform the ld. court for the same and move an application/petition praying for addition of the parties. If the parties themselves want to be the part of the case then they can move an intervention application.
Dismissal of suit will be not allowed but you can site the reason of misjoinder during the objection.

You might have some trouble due to lack of proper documents to show case to the organization where she was working. Immediately you send a legal notice through a lawyer to the organization claiming your rights and asking them not to process anything in favour of the brother.
Second, file an injunction order case against the company to stop them from doing anything in favour of the brother.
