A. Dear Client
Immediately you should file a general diary in your local police station to avoid any kind of issue later on when they file a false case. Secondly if you have decided to break the marital bond then file a case for divorce in your location to avoid logistics issues if she files it in her place.

Can a minor on attaining majority challenge the sale of property made for his benefit by the testamentary guardian?

A. Dear Client
As per Article 60 of the Limitation act a minor can file suit for setting aside or cancelling the sale within three years from the date of attaining majority and not after that. Ask the person to take action if his case is within the time limit.

A. Dear Client
If you wish to add more parties to the ongoing case then you will have to inform the ld. court for the same and move an application/petition praying for addition of the parties. If the parties themselves want to be the part of the case then they can move an intervention application.
Dismissal of suit will be not allowed but you can site the reason of misjoinder during the objection.

I have been living in the hostels for two years. Due to certain health issues, I wanted to stay at a close relative's house near the campus. Can they force me to stay at the hostel?

A. Dear Client,
Of they have a rule like that then they need to provide you all the comfort and facilities that you might need due to your illness and if they can't then they must allow you to stay at a place of your choice looking at the conditions.

A. Dear Client,
You should do two things legally;

A. Dear Client,
You might have some trouble due to lack of proper documents to show case to the organization where she was working. Immediately you send a legal notice through a lawyer to the organization claiming your rights and asking them not to process anything in favour of the brother.
Second, file an injunction order case against the company to stop them from doing anything in favour of the brother.
Third, file a case in High Court against the company to secure your rights.
