I am presently Preparing for Govt and Banking jobs. After completion of 10 th class i have joined in Diploma and got dropped out after 2 months..But did not got the Transfer certificate from College.

A. Dear Client,
There is no correlation between the transfer certificate and the degree certificate of your college. No body should raise a question regarding that and you should be ok whenever you apply for something basis your degree certifcate.

You need to contact a lawyer for the same alongwith the summon copy. After the lawyer has seen that and basis that summon he will guide you on the next course of action. If you are the respondent in that case then you will have to sign vakaltnama favouring the lawyer who would appear for you.

If your brother is dependent on you then you have to showcase that using some document. In want of a document I would suggest that you make an affidavit affirming that he is dependent on you. When the IT asks you then show that along with the expenses done by you for him.
