In general whenever we make a Memorandum of Understanding which is not to eb registered we use Rs.100/- worth stamp aper for the same. Similarly you can also do so unless you are planning to get the MoU registered with the sub-registrar.

A. Hi,
There is no guarantee that the property will not be taken by the renters until it is in the name of the owner and the owner has not been gone from the property for more than 12 years. To be safe, make sure that all legal documents are in the owner's name and that the owner is not away from the property for an extended length of time.

A. Hi,
As per the government notification, cdec is only issued by qualified research institution to Indian Bidders who are importing equipment from OEM. So, if the organization qualifies as research institution capable of issuing cdec, then they can issue the certificate, otherwise they cannot do so.

A. Hi,
As per the Government Notification, CDEC is given only to imports for equipment for research purposes. However, you need to show that those equipment are not manufactured in India in order to claim CDEC. The CDEC is granted to qualified institutions, not to the buyer and sellers of OEMs.
