A. By paying electricity bills or have having name in bill or payment of house tax does not constitute any ownership right in respect of such property. Your father is entitled to claim his share and can file suit for partition of the property.

A. Kindly collect & retain all the proofs supporting that you tried your best to reach out the seller and he didn't revert. As u have NOT ordered so nothing much to worry. If a small amount pay to the seller in next 6 months at your ease, else you too hire a lawyer & defend the case for years.

Online Frauds have become very common these days. Its really important to take all the precautions before signing in for all such online jobs. You are advised to not to provide any personal information regarding yourself and your bank account. Doing some research about the company would be a great idea.
