A. Dear Sir,
It goes with terms and conditions of agreement. Normally, entire amount may not be refunded but you may get refund of some portion of such amount if you fight strongly otherwise you will lose entire amount.

Normally, such papers in white sheets not being accepted by the Consumer Courts. Better ask your advocate to take another adjournment and on that day you can file affidavit on green paper.
