A. Dear Sir,
You have to go in person or through advocate and convince them about mis-sent of the product and thus your contention may be accepted by custom authorities and case may be closed.

A. if you have proof then you can go to customs office and provide them along with letter from your sister.

A. Since the import/sale of sex toys is banned in India as per IPC section 292 and is a prohibited item, the import of the same by you is in contravention of the law and hence it will be liable for absolute confiscation along with penalty.
You will get Personal Hearing Letter from Customs PAD department.
