I have a perfect repayment record with no bounce or delayed payments yet I had to face this problem of excessive & rage inducing levels of EMI reminders, phone calls & SMS being thrown at me starting

Legally there is no prescribed number of calls a bank can make. Nonetheless, if you are continuously being disturbed by the bank you should approach the bank manager and let him know of the same.

A. Hello,
You have to make an agreement-(Friendly Loan Agreement) and mention that" How you lended 6 lakh in cash to your friend" and 1 Lahk through online transfer. You have to mention the dates on which you are given the Cash and Online transfer. if your friend is ready to give you PDS and sign the promissory note then you have to mention that PDS in the said agreement. Further, you should declare this friendly loan amount in your ITR also.
After that present the said PDS in your bank.
