You need to file a well draft complaint in customer care to resolve your issue and you first collect statement of account check the details of payments adjusted and balance dues and file detail complaint before RBI ombudsman to get relief from arbitrary dues. Legally there is no prescribed number of calls a bank can make. Nonetheless, if you are continuously being disturbed by the bank you should approach the bank manager and let him know of the same.

A. Dear Sir,
It is a personal loan and they cannot sit on your throat for your recovery. You must be thick skinned and avoid their calls till you get funds. They cannot send you to jail and cannot attach your movable properties unless there is Court Decree or Award passed by Arbitrator.
