The liability of legal heirs for the inherited debts is not the same in all situations. So, a legal heir may not be legally obliged to repay all the amount that was taken by the guardian

If amount was deducted from your account to spicevacations directly and refund happened directly to original source then you should get refund instead of agent.
You better send legal notice through lawyer to both Spicejet and Agent, for refund along with compensation for harassment, mental tension, cheating and doing fraud.
