If there is anything in the contract, that is binding, and if not, the company could not take any such legal action, however, if you wish you can approach the labour court for the grievance.

A. The term of the contract is already expired and u have already quit your job so there is no legal obligation to serve notice period to the company.

You can issue a legal notice first stating all your reasons and claiming the settlement of amounts, if the management didnot turnup then file a case in labor court against the management of your company.

You can serve them with legal notice to reply, and then obtain a Court order in your favour if they are unresponsive. As you have proved your innocence, they have no grounds to accuse you of doing anything wrong.
