A person is eligible to receive gratuity only if he has completed minimum five years of service with an organisation.

A genuine site displays the name of of the website owner who is selling the work from home package. Otherwise, you can know the name & photo of the owner on the contact us page. If you can’t the name of & photo of the site owner on the website, then its fake.
Don’t trust on contact numbers, office address or registration number on the website because any fake company can get a phone number, rent an office or even get a registration number.

A. Your brother's employer does not hold any legal right to initiate legal proceedings against you or your family as a family of accused cannot be held liable under criminal law. Usually employer-employee relationship depends upon the employment contract, but, no employee can be forced for resignation or he cannot be terminated for the grounds which are not proved. You may send legal notice, moreover, you may approach the labour court for the same.

If you were working for months/years and then left without notice period then they can recover the amount as per contract which you signed.
