How to take legal action against my previous employer who is ignoring to clear my pending salaries?

If your previous employer after many request is not granting you salary ,you can file the matter against him in the Labour commission where they will settle the matter or you can also file a case under section 33(c) of Industrial Dispute Act for the recovery of your salary from employer or case can be filed under payment of wages act, 1936 under the concerned authorities.

Child Care Leave is generally granted to women employees. This can be for a period of a maximum of two years during the entire service before their child reaches the age of 18. It is treated as earned leave. But it may not be granted more than thrice in the same year. You may file a complaint with the ministry of labour and employment.

Be assured that for recovery of Rs.70,000/- the employer may not approach the Court since legal expenses are more and it will take 3-5 years to recover the same if you contest the case.
Non payment and original documents in custody
