A. file a police complaint and case of domestic violence against husband/in-laws for causing mental, physical and emotional abuse, miscarriage, cruelty etc, and also claim maintenance from him.

A. Even married daughter have the responsibility to take care of their aged parents.
They need to maintain their parents and keep their well being.
The parents call file a maintenance case u/s 125 CrPc or If they are above 60 also, under the Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
