A. Yes sir you can change your advocate at any time and then hire a new advocate who will be active.
However before that you will need a NOC from the previous advocate and give the same to the new advocate.

A. Sir, it is sad to hear such queries from a defense personnel.
However,
1. She has been married one month ago, divorce cannot happen
2. You can marry but such marriage will not be legal [you might even lose your job for this]
3. Wait till the divorce and then proceed
4. Living in adultery is however not a crime and is only a ground for divorce.
I would still suggest to let go and not complicate this issue any further and not jeopardize the same. The rest is up to you.
