It is very easy to teach a lesson to a Government Servant. Ask your sister to lodge or threaten to lodge 498A IPC that is Dowry case against him then he will come to terms.

No Court has powers to direct a married women to divorce her husband. Ask the judge to put his verdict/direction in writing.
