You are under no obligation to go and give him the deed. You can tell him to come and collet it on his own, or get someone else to collect it for him. Since you are not forcefully withholding his deed, he also cannot initiate any legal action against you.

What your husband is asking for is little too much and ideally you can discuss the matter with him and get this sorted out. If you wish to go legally then you are left with one choice to file a case of restitution of conjugal rights under which an order can be passed by the court asking him to allow you to stay with him.

This will be a herculean task for you unless the birth was registered with the local authorities. If it was registered then you can apply for the duplicate copy by paying whatever charges they require but if it was not registered then you will have to knock the door of the court with all valid documents.
