A. Hello Sir
In order to get back the security money deposited to the police, you need to file a an application in the court in order to claim the same. But you could do so once the case pending in the court has been closed and judgment has been given. Until then you cannot claim back the security money deposited for your vehicle.

A. Hello Sir
Your bike would be released once you have paid all the fine and your case is cleared from the court. Also the friends family would be given insurance amount as decided by the insurance company. Also if you want to go abroad you'll have to take prior permission from the court and if your passport is seized then you cannot go.

A. Dear Sir,
Till today death has not happened so it will be a normal case of 279, 337 and 338 of IPC read with other sections of Motor Vehicles Act. The drunken driver need not worry so much. Even if pillion rider died then 304A of IPC will attract which is also a bailable offence.

A. Dear Sir,
You have to approach the High Court or file an application before the Trial Court to alter the charge. The High Court will look into the allegations made in the charge sheet and the offence may be altered to 304(A) from Section 299 of IPC.

You should always appoint and instruct a lawyer who is gonna appear on your behalf personally. You made a mistake by allowing a third person to appoint a lawyer who would represent you. It is advised that you appoint a local lawyer yourself and proceed with the case personally until it is settled.

A. Hi,
You can get temporary permission by filling out an application. Step 1: To apply for a temporary number, fill out Form 20, which acts as an application form. Step 2: Complete Form 20 and submit it to the RTO in the automobile owner's zone with all required details. Step 3: Fill out the papers for the temporary ID number. Step 4: Pay the applicable tax and charge.
