There are two ways to tackle this problem.
1. Lodge a police complaint stating the fact that country banned liquor is being sold illegally
2. Write a letter to excise department complaining about the selling of banned liquor in the area and hopefully they will take action. In ace they do not then you can move the high court to seek relief.
