Hello, police have registered FIR , but later they are saying they added wrong section (typing error), is it possible for them to change section before chargsheet.

Yes, before filing charge sheet they can change sections on various grounds and usually they will seek permission or inform the concerned Magistrate above such changes.

You can tell him that you will file a case against him if he does not file a driving license renewal for you. Alternatively, you can also try sending a legal notice to him demanding that he files for a new driver license or returns your money back to you.

A. Hi,
You can file a complaint of public nuisance. First, you give a written complaint to the person who is legally bound to take such complaints and resolve them as per the terms and conditions of the agreement and if he does not take any action, you can include him too.

A. Dear Sir,
You have to go to the High Court or Service Tribunal to get a direction to the State Government to give tension along with pension given by military authorities. Pension is not a bounty as observed by Hon’ble Supreme Court as such you are entitled for both pensions.

A. Dear Sir,
If FIR is closed it deems that you have not involved in any criminal case. Police Clearance Certificate will be issued to your get Government job. Be careful in future so that your name not appears in any police records.

FIR on same issue
My neighbors filed a parivad against my whole family. Then we also filed against them. But later they compromised. Now they represent again and police filed FIR again my whole family on same charges.

only HC can quash.
