According to Hindi Succession Amendment Act, 2005, every daughter has equal right to property like her brother(s).
You can legally challenge the same as it is backed by law.

It is advised that you file a criminal complaint against your younger brother right away for fraudulently registering 200 square yards out of 1500 square yards, which is still an undivided Hindu property, without first obtaining the agreement of other co-owners. If the ancestral property is divided, you can file a title suit against the registry of the deed by virtue of which your share was sold out. If the ancestral property is undivided, you can file a suit to claim your share in consideration received from the sale of property and also a stay application for preventing your brother from selling more.
