A. Hi,
Your father is entitled to 1/3rd of your grandfather's property. As you are his legal heir, you can claim that share when you turn 18.

A. Hi,
You can contact the apartment management for more clarity on where you can park your car. The shopkeeper and you both have valid reason to choose the parking spot, you will have to come together to work out a mutually beneficial solution. Maybe you could use it for one part of the week and he uses it for the other?

A. Hi,
The best course of action in this case is to partition and sell the property. As a legal heir of your father's you are entitled to claim a share of the house. You can do with it as you wish.

A. Hi,
If it was your father's self-acquired property and he left it to your mother by way of a will, she can do with it is she pleases.
However, if the property was ancestral (something your father inherited), then the children have a say in the issue and she cannot transfer it to someone else without all legal heirs' consents.

A. It is not very much confirmed if your father's second wife was staying with the first husband or no. Further, there is no confirmation that the son from the second wife is of your father or her previous husband as the legal DNA test has not been done.
