Hi Sir/ Madam
My uncle have a small shop/ office in Delhi which he is running since 30 yrs .He has the power of attorney for the same which he received after paying a certain amount to the seller as at that time their is use to be no registery.
Someone has got the full land/ place registered including my uncles office as well.Plz let me know what can we do now as we are planning to sell the same.

A.Protection from court for possession of property , injunction of property and civil suit for title of possession.

You can obtain an injunction on this transfer of ownership, and then file a suit for declaration of title.
