A. you dont have any documents means there is no WILL of grandfather.

you are free to build anything on your land.
you can call police if someone obstruct your construction using force.

A. legal remedy depends on when it happened.
if it happened recently then she can claim but it is registered so it depends on points mentioned there.
if any points mentioned the reason for less share then chances are bleak.
if no points mentioned the reason for less share then absolutely.
so approach a lawyer with copy of registered deed.
