A. Non-tribals cannot buy land in tribal belt & block, thus you can buy if you were a tribal but you are SC.

A. Dear Sir,
It seems there is no legal transfer of property from the name of your father to the money lender. Simply mortgage does give him the right to sell. The Money lender ought to have filed a suit for FORECLOSURE and on its decree then he has right to sell. Now you can file a suit against the Money Lender and the Purchaser stating that you are ready to pay the mortgage amount and request the court to redeem the property. Property belongs to yours father.he may deal his property according to his choice.During his life time he may give his property to u or to your sister or both according to your choice.u can't raise any questions.So do your all duty as son towards your parent.All the obedient son and daughter r equal before their parents.Only after the death of your parents, property will be divided equally among son and daughter
