registered partition deed?

A & B has done partition deed on 1986? some small land was missing in this partition by mistake, A takes that small part and cultivate from 1986 on words on the year 2013 tahsildar issue a pass book for the land .
A & B before done partition deed they execute an un registered partition deed in this deed states that missing land on registered partition deed that land belongs to A,
now 2021 B asks share on small part , B has any rights on property, how A can claim adverse possession?

A.unregistered partition deed is not valid and it can not be enforced.
only registered partition deed is valid.

A.Hi,
If the partition deed is not registered, it is inadmissible, therefore B can ask share on the unpartitioned land.
