My grandfather had 2 nd a half cent of land and it was divided to 4 brothers by oral talks before 10years and now one of the brother is claiming for the part which was given for me what type of action

A. Dear Sir,
If your brother files a case against you then the burden to prove the property in his possession lies on him and on your behalf your brothers can act as a witness to proving the statement which 10 yrs old. Other You can also file a suit under permanent injunction by showing the property is under your possession and can claim it.

A. Dear Sir,
You can make a release deed in which you can mention two different properties. Shares of property will be divided equally among you and your sister. On my point of view there won't be any problem while selling those properties, you have to make different sale deed for selling different properties

A. WILL registration is not mandatory.
You can get flat on basis of WILL of mother.
you can go for declaration suit as last straw.
WILL is very important and everyone should make it (registration is not required).
so you also make WILL for your son. you cant do gift deed until it transfer to your name.
