registered partition deed question

we execute registered partition deed 8 acres land on 1990 between a & b, now a small part of land means 10 cents land of the share (a person) does not belongs to him that property belongs to some others , now (a person) asks that b to give his share 10 cents?
above situation a has right on b's property or not?
the registered partition deed execute on 1990? a asks his share now.....

A.a have no right to you or even b.
a sleeping for 31 years is fatal for a.
a can file case on b by making you party if a still wants but wont get anything in end.

A.Hi,
As per you there was a fraud since the beginning, you can challenge the partition deed based on this. You can also file for cheating, fraud, criminal breach of trust.

A.आप के कथानुसार विभाजन विलेख 8 एकड भूमि का था।ओर अब विवाद 10सेन्ट भूमि का ह।आप उक्त विलेख को चुनोती दे।ओर निषेधाज्ञा के लिये दावा दायर करे।

A.Dear Client,
As you stated herewith, means that partition deed was defrauded between parties, since beginning.
Hence , you have now right to challenge that partitioned deed and also file for injunctions for maintaining status quo, and injections for providing other party to alienate such land property. Also, you may file a Criminal complaint case for fraud , cheating, beach of trust,
