A. That is your assumption and expectation that she could smiled away your comment but in a professional environment making any remarks which can be coloured as sexual will be covered under the POSH. And if she has the proof for even one then the ICC will be taking decision against you.

A. Hi,
You may consider sending a legal notice to your employer for conducting contentious proceedings against you. You also need to inform the POSH committee about this happening immediately.

a) your bank will have rules / service matters book. check that.
