Hi Sir,
I Am plannig file divorce on cruelty grounds, But here my concern is if wife put transfer petition to here place where 498a, DVC and MC cases are running.
-How much percentage chances are there to transfer ?
-How does it cost to her to transfer ?
-How long does it take to transfer ?
Please suggest depending upon these point planning for divorce.
A.Transfer of case depends upon the circumstances and grounds as presented by the lawyer. The opposite lawyer can always contest such transfer petition.
The cost varies from lawyer to lawyer and whether the transfer is from one court to another within same state or the transfer is from one state to another.

cost depends from lawyer to lawyer if it is inter state or intra state.
Generally takes less than 6 months.

A.1. chances for transfer of the case are 95%
2. cost depends upon the lawyer, however, the normal range is 10000/- to 50000/-

Possibility of transfer. Cannot calculate percentage since it is not mathematics. Cost depends upon the advocate. It may take maximum one year. Now divorce is not easy

There will be 80 percent of chances and it will cost her Rs.50 to 80 thousand if the transfer is from one state to another state. It will take more than 6 months time.
