sir my grandfather was having ancestral property as well as four waqf board plots on lease in district faridkot,Punjab.In year 2006 he disributed his whole property between his both son's equally.So in 2006 my uncle started living separate from us by taking his share from property also alongwith my grandfather also given two - two waqf board plots to his both son's.My uncle give that two plots to other people in exchange of a good huge amount.Now he is creating a obstacles in our way because he is saying to everyone in our neighbours hat he is silent till my grandfather is alive and after my grandfather died he will forcely acquired our two waqf board plots and who will stop him from doing this he will kill him. he is also saying to our relatives also that he has his share in remaining two plots also as according to his share my grandfather had already given him two plots alongwith the distribution of our ancestral property sir.Moreover the remaining two waqf board plots allotments is also on my Father's Name from the time approximately 12-13 years ago.So sir as my grandfather is still alive so is there any legal process that my grandfather follows during his lifetime to make my father legally full strong in papers that in future my uncle didn't legally or illegally acquired our two plots.And if he do so then on our complaint police provide us full support to stop him from interfering in our plots as well as if we approach court we have full legal evidence with us so that court also provide us full support.So please provide me advice sir because you also well know sir that the property which have registry are totally more secured according to Properties of which a person only have allotments but don't have regesteries.As a waqf board plots we have only allotments so sir i want to know that sir can allotments be breaked by anybody by any legal or illegal way sir. So in future due to fear that plots may be get snatched from us by our uncle in future by any legal or illegal activity i have made a contact with you with a full hope that you will help me sir because i watch your every video on youtube on your channel kanoon ki roshni mein moreovervi also had subscribed your channel from about a 2 years ago and never miss your any video from watching .So i beg you sir that please please provide me legal as well as useful advice do that we can make our side full strong legally during the life cycle of our grandfather that we totally and legally becomes most strong and secured that no body in future can forcefully both legally as well as illegally can't throw us out from our two waqf board plots.I will be very cery thankful to you sir for your this favour to me sir

A.Hi Sandhu,

We need to examine the position of the property, Muslim law and it's applicability.

I strongly suggest getting us all the documents and let's regularised it in your father or whomsoever name your grandfather deem fit during his lifetime to avoid any issues in the future.
