Enchroachment on govt road creating difficulties Enchroachment on govt road creating difficulties

I live in muzaffarpur, bihar. I am a merchant navy officer, holding NRI status. There is a 12 feet wide road infront of my house. On the opposite side of the road lives a family (SC). They intentionally are encroaching the road by putting there carts (Thela) and their house hold stuffs. To take my car out of the mohalla, i face a hell lot of difficulties. When i ask them to remove the thela, they behave very rude and always try to disturb me. Also many a times, at the back they keep on abusing my family. Kindly advise. What legal action can be taken.

A.Dear Sir,
You must legally fight by collecting all the relevant public records about the road then file suit and police complaint. Every thing will be settled. Bring some influence and publish in newspapers if you wish.

Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.
