Res[ected sir / madam,
My father is the owner of our property.
he given one ankanam to a shop in our property with complete registration.
Now we are ready to sell our property not inlcuding which we gave to that shop.
Here But the problem is they are coming for fighting and creating distrubances to us for not to selling our property .
with un necessary reasons and blaming they are stopping our selling land to other ?
really headache and very torture
please tell me what to do them.,..becase they already have registered documents of that one ankanam.

A.Propose them vide legal notice to buy the property, failing which please file injunction suits and sell the property
