Respected lawyer
Iam 55years and quite healthy.
In 2016 I have changed my name.
And in July 28 /2018 I have notified my name change in central gazette.
Subsequently I have changed to my new name in Aadhar, Pan card, passport, voter ID,bank accounts, health insurance and lic, driving licence.
But I was not able to change in my educational and property records.
My question is I have a central gazette notification.is court order required.
Sir as you know the properties will be in old name. I have a son and daughter who should not face any problem later on. In the case of death certificate will it issued as alias or new name.
Sir please kindly advice.

A.Hi client,
It is better that you get an Affidavit done before the D.M by mentioning all the details. Later, you should declare the change in your name via a local news paper.
Thanks and Regards
